A $6.6 million mansion tops the list of most expensive homes sold in Monmouth County in the last 30 days, according to Zillow.

According to Redfin, home prices were up 11.5% for September 2024 compared to last year, with a median selling price of $697,000. Monmouth County homes sell, on average, after 20 days on the market compared to 20 days last year, Redfin says. 

The most expensive homes sold in the last 30 days in Monmouth County are:

1. 12 Oyster Bay Dr., Rumson, sold Oct. 18 for $6.6 million

2. 9 Atlantic Ave., Spring Lake, sold on Oct. 15 for $5.8 million

3. 814 1st Ave., Sea Girt, sold on Oct. 3 for $4.2 million

4. 416 Central Ave., Spring Lake, sold on Oct. 1 for $3.5 million

5. 18 Homestead Dr., Colts Neck, sold on Sept. 30 for $3 million

6. 51 Wardell Ave., Rumson, sold on Oct. 11 for $2.85 million

7. 410 Worthington Ave., Spring Lake, sold on Sept. 26 for $2.8 million
